Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@verloriax.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada, with international shipping available to select countries. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–8 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package in real time through our carrier's website.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold. The current free shipping minimum is displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, email us at support@verloriax.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes. We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us at support@verloriax.com to arrange an exchange.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements to our size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tailored look.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Our garments are designed with a clean, modern fit. Product descriptions include specific fit notes (e.g., slim fit, oversized, relaxed). Please refer to the size guide on each product page for the most accurate guidance.

What materials do you use?
We use premium fabrics selected for their quality, comfort, and durability. Material details are listed on each individual product page. We are committed to sourcing responsibly and working with ethical production partners.
How should I care for my Verloriax garments?
Care instructions are printed on the label of each garment and listed on the product page. In general, we recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying flat to dry to preserve the quality and shape of your pieces.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout, and access your order history at any time.
How is my personal data used?
