At Verloriax, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@verloriax.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour. Simply contact us at support@verloriax.com and we will arrange the exchange for you.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Taxes

Applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be refunded along with the product price where required by law.
