At Verloriax, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain threshold.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at info@verloriax.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
